Timing: 5 days work week, 8.30am - 6pm
Job Description:
Experience with E Commerce Operation, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders from our online customers on our (e-stores, ecommerce marketplaces from Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10) would be preferred, but not required. Applicants can learn the necessary skills on the job through familiarity and experience.
Training will be provided
Preparing daily orders for the packing team, no packing required.
Manage all e-commerce channels and ensure inventory is kept up-to-date and inventory information is accurate.
Ability to manage all customer inquiries via e-commerce channels, product queries, and solution requests, as and when necessary.
Resolve customer issues (e.g: missing/returned parcel etc.) and ensure necessary claims are submitted to the respective e-commerce channels.
Manage administrative filing and documentation.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement:
Able to work independently.
Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Able to converse in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.
With basic knowledge / experience with e-commerce management and social media platforms management (eg.facebook , Instagram youtube) will be advantageous.
Proficient in MS office
Proactive, spontaneous, and cheerful personality
Possess good customer service and interpersonal skills
