l More than 25-year experience in purchasing Sourcing management, especially in the electronic components and electronic material sourcing, also in the Mechanical products, machine and equipment and raw material, spare parts purchasing. And build up the team work environment with 8-12 subordinates.
l Develop suppliers sourcing strategy, monitor key material resource and consolidate good suppliers by analyzing data to support business development; supervise and approve new supplier selection process; review strategy project/product quotation and lead important negotiation session in order to meet project cost target. Set up the supplier evaluation system to manage the existing supplier to meet the QCD requirement. Set up the supplier pool to make sure the sustainable and reliable supplier chain
l Develops and implements sourcing strategies for service categories to support long-term business needs in collaboration with functional category owners
l Identifies preferred providers that best support current and future business needs/requirements for selected service categories with functional category owners
l Negotiates and implements competitive agreements with strategic providers by strong communication skills
l Develops category-specific sourcing templates and tools, send RFQ and negotiate the price/payment &transportation terms
l Drive the cost reduction project by working with suppliers and achieve 10-15% cost reduction target
l Works with functional category owner to define KPIs and monitor provider performance
l Coordinates a provider relationship management program with regular governance meetings with strategic providers when relevant
l Trains Sourcing Execution Managers on category specificities and methodology and provides guidance
l Supports issue resolution and escalates issues to SSE leadership in a timely manner, as needed
l Formalizes and files sourcing strategy documentation for inspection readiness
l Manage the day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of the purchasing team. Develop goals, accountabilities and objectives directly connected to STF's long-term strategy.
l Leverage inventory management principles, processes and systems that improve and protect the accuracy of both stock and non-stock inventory from purchase through delivery in full compliance with food safety regulations.
l Negotiate and execute purchase ordersand/or vendor contracts as needed to support critical business needs.
