Responsibilities:

• Create wow moments through sustainable relationships, as well as interactive and sincere communication

• Promoting of all our products

• Professional management of sales enquiries and follow-ups

• Identify and assess customer’s needs to guide them towards correct procedures and applications

• Process forms and applications to ensure that they are aligned with programme requirements

• Support sales events

• Any other adhoc sales support assigned by the department head

Requirements:

• Must speak English and Mandarin

• Ability to speak a dialect is preferred but not required

• Confident communicator with active listening skills

• Customer oriented with the ability to adapt to various client profiles
