Job Description:
- Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
- Generating Delivery Orders/Invoices and Purchase Orders
- Liaising with Customers for shipping and job arrangements
- Understanding of our Company Products and Services in order to handle customers' enquirers
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Filing duties
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both Chinese & English (Written and Speak)
- Knowledge on Microsoft Word/Excel and Email
