Job Description:

1. Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.

1. Generating Delivery Orders/Invoices and Purchase Orders

1. Liaising with Customers for shipping and job arrangements

1. Understanding of our Company Products and Services in order to handle customers' enquirers

1. Answering phone calls and emails.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in both Chinese & English (Written and Speak)

1. Knowledge on Microsoft Word/Excel and Email
