基本英文
策划新加坡本地菜单。
必须能够始终如一地生产最高质量的食物。
准备食材工作
操作厨房设备，例如烤箱基本操作
有管理经验；有秩序的策划日常准备工作。
基本的管理职责，例如：发票，食品库存，先进先出的概念，食品订购。
必须具有高度的食品卫生，安全性。在任何时候，食物储藏都要整齐并保持良好卫生。

Jr. Chef /Chef Job
Smoking Hot Coffee is growing, this is your chance to work in one of hippest lifestyle concepts store in the Singapore. We need you to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, learning on the go, and having very strong team spirit!
Concept: Simple fusion food locally curated menu.
Must be able to consistently produce food at the highest quality.
Set prepared dishes so that they look aesthetically pleasing
Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens and grills for cooking purposes
Have experience with workstations management; efficient preparation of mise-en-place daily.
Ensure basic administration duties such as: tracking of invoices, food inventory, FIFO, food ordering.
Must have high level of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety. At all times, food storage at station is tidy and well maintained.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Strong passion for Culinary
Willingness to work on a rotating roster
Strive for excellence in quality and presentation
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in Culinary would be beneficial
