• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes.保持厨房干净，清洗盘子

• General Cleaning, maintenance of stall hygiene, and cleanliness. 保持摊位卫生和清洁

• To comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food hygiene guidelines at all times.
