Job Description
To assist the Managing Director in various administrative matters. Basic Responsibilities include acting as a first point of contact (including e-commerce), dealing with emails and phone calls. The applicant will also need to prepare sales reports and file expenses.
Requirements
• Can start work Immediately
• Preferably 5 years experience in secretariat services or accounting
• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong time management, organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Tech-savvy, proactive approach to problem-solving
• Can speak Chinese, English and able to write good English
