Responsibilities:
-Assist with daily shop/ clinic operations by providing professional customer services
-Manage customers’ booking and enquiries
-Solve any ad hoc issues and complaints
-Coordinate with Beauty Consultants, Therapist and other staff for effective operations
-Provide related administrative supports
Requirements:
-At least 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience
-Experience in retail or beauty industry will be a definite advantage
-Being passionate, proactive and independent
