Job Description

Provide Walk In Customer Services Whatsapp Chat and Livechat customer support.

• Tour arrangement (issue ticket, coordinate with land operator and book hotel rooms, restaurants and attractions directly)

• Ensure datelines are adhered to (deposit, full payment, issuance, promotion)

• Liase with with airlines, tranportation companies and overseas suppliers etc.

• Familiar with airline booking system Amadeus, hndle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and staff support

• Provide assistance on pre and post departure requirements

• Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time

• Participate in travel fairs/roadshows
